Hotel LEYLA Visualization
by Jan Holinka
I'm a 32-year-old site manager. I've been building transportation constructions for 12 years now, since school. 3D modeling, visualization, and other related activities are my hobbies from a quite early age. Originally I wanted to create games (I still do), or learn VFX and I ended up learning Blender quite recently. I would love to make a living as a 3D artist of some kind. I really like VFX and real-time visualizations, but architecture visualizations are also quite fulfilling.
About "Hotel LEYLA Visualization:"
It's a visualization of a planned hotel and apartments. I was doing this for a local studio. The video was shot by the studio, and the model in Sktechup and project (blueprints) was delivered by the architect (project office), but hotel and surroundings were very badly modeled and had to be newly modeled according to the project blueprints. Everything was done in Blender. There was a very short time for this - 10 days for everything.
