Very few but a new breed of 3D artists seem to be appearing: 3D artists who can single-handedly produce quality shots and sequences that are previously deemed possible only by a team of 3D specialists. As Blender--"a jack of all trade but a master of none"--evolves and matures, so do the skillsets of long-time users of Blender. This week's winner seems to be one of them.
How, then, can you too qualify for this award? Please have in mind that this award is reserved for those that are on par with or that excel top-notch works published by artists and studios. If such work does not appear during a given week, this award is not being given to anyone. So please submit your best work to www.blenderartist.org or to the Member's Gallery of this site, or Contact Us to show where your work is available on the internet. It doesn't have to be a Blender render, internal or Cycles. Any other render engine is fine as long as Blender was used as a part of your workflow

About Me:
I´m Paul Siedler, a 3D Artist working for a small game studio and teaching Blender at a school. In my spare time I love doing 3D stuff with dragons, space and more.
About "Dragon:"
It's just a personal project where I tried to do a dragon which is a little bit different from regular dragon designs. And because I love stuff in motion and not “just” an image, I also made a small animation out of it.
