Diamond Dispersion in Cycles Revealed

Anyone looking into Blender's Cycles render engine as a serious alternative to standard renderers like Vray cannot help but notice its inability to render out dispersion in jewelry. 

Well ... maybe, not anymore. A Blender user named "Kirado" has revealed a Cycles node setup for faking dispersion in jewelry. Following is the screen shot of his node setup:
