Artist's Comments
About Me:
Hello, my name is Rafael Diniz, and I'm from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I currently work as a freelancer (3D / Post-production). I came across Blender a little over a year ago, with the goal
of creating assets that I could not find just with stock images. And suddenly it became my main tool.
I believe that my beginning of studies was like that of many, seeing everything that had on YouTube, my focus was always environment, after I saw everything on YouTube I started
looking for courses and testing things by myself. After having an experience in Studio last year I started to be interested in car images. Something that helped me a lot to start this new
adventure was the course ''Master Car Creation in Blender'', it gave me an incredible basis to understand materials of cars.

About "Audi Q8:"
This was a personal project where the idea was to practice vegetation and test the compositing filter called ''Sun Beams''. I wanted a car that had a color that stood out. So I got a model from the internet, and made all the materials following logically the car reference. For the environment I used Grasswald, Quixel, Speedtree, and a HDRI from the Hdrihaven.com .
Projects like this with a lot of vegetation tend to get very heavy, so in order not to have too many problems in the viewport I leave only a small percentage appearing in the viewport, I do the same thing for the trees. For the post-production I used Photoshop, where I changed the background of some images, put the flare and did the color grading.
