About Me:
My name is Julien Cuny. I run STUDIOJUL, an independant studio in 2D and 3D picture ( photography, painting, drawing, vidéo and 3D...). I use Blender in my work to create photo-realistic picture for furniture makers. ( Kitchen and bath room, chair, table, living room ....)
About "
KITCHEN in Glossy 'Taupe' Color
"In order to have a realistic render, I use environment textures to illuminate general scene and avoid too dark scene, but the most important is the angle of the sun, I wanted to have a contrast between a partly very shiny and glossy and a darker face. It's hard to keep the contrast and shadow and while keeping in mind that the face of the furniture must be correctly illuminated.
