After getting some skills in a high-poly modeling and making replicas of real objects I decided to develop my skills in an automotive design.
So I started with a relatively simple task, as it seemed to me at that time :). It was to make a facelift version of a car from the previous project “Geely Emgrand EC7 RV”.
The idea was to leave metal parts untouched and revise only plastic details (both in exterior and interior). So, here is my vision for the future Emgrand 7 design.
The project was made in Blender, rendered with Cycles. All renders were post-processed in Gimp. Some textures are procedural and some are image-based. For creating image-based textures I used Gimp and Inkscape.
