Artist's Comment
About Me:
My name is Shivraj Deshpande. I work as an arch viz artist at Intezine Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd., an interior design studio located in Pune, India. I use Blender every day
for almost every design project. In my spare time, I enjoy working on personal projects; it’s a great way to work on things that inspire me and improve my skills as an artist.

About "Virtual Staging – Living Area:"
Virtual Staging has emerged as a formidable technological advancement in Home Staging techniques. It’s a cost-effective alternative to traditional staging, however,
it can also be a great supplement to traditional staging of vacant homes. While working on the above project, I imagined real people leaving there and designed accordingly.
Modeling
All Modeling has been done in Blender. Furniture models were downloaded from manufacturer sites and the remaining were modeled by me.
Lighting
I have used the same empty room background image as back plate and area lights for every windows and openings.
Texturing
CC0textures and textures.com were the main source for textures, but few textures were downloaded from a local manufacturer site.
Post-Processing
For the final image, I save the render as a PNG file and then open it in a Photoshop. Then composited my 3D render with the empty room photo.
After few tweaks and color correction the final output is ready.
