With all the "hypes" about incoming Blender 2.8, it would be almost impossible for any artists--whether with high or low profile--to resist trying Blender. And it seems like quite a number of high-profile artists have tried Blender and even become very experienced at it, as was the case for this week's winner.
How, then, can you too qualify for this award? Please have in mind that this award is reserved for those that are on par with or that excel top-notch works published by artists and studios. If such work does not appear during a given week, this award is not being given to anyone. So please submit your best work to www.blenderartist.org or to the Member's Gallery of this site, or Contact Us to show where your work is available on the internet. It doesn't have to be a Blender render, internal or Cycles. Any other render engine is fine as long as Blender was used as a part of your workflow.

About Me:
Tim Diaz, I am a senior environment artist currently working at 343 Industries on Halo Infinite.
About "Classroom:"
I Wanted to finally make the jump from Blender 2.79 to 2.8 and felt a new project would be great to do, Wanted a change from my usual personal work and to focus on lighting and composition. All modeling, lighting, texturing and rendering done in Blender 2.8. Rendered in Cycles. As well as my own hand made textures I used textures from Quixel Megascans
