Making-of

About Me:
My name Is Jeremy. I’m a designer and artist living near Detroit, Michigan. I’ve been active in 3D, graphic design, website design, and industrial design since the late 1980s, but I’m new to Blender. I have previously used a variety of other 3D modeling tools and CAD packages. Blender seems to be my new favorite. I tend to focus mostly on commercial product renders including my own product designs for products and 3D printing, but I have also dabbled in character design and animation. I really want to learn to do everything but product rendering (stills and animations) is my first love. A lot of the other objects I render are all my favorite gadgets and gizmos that sit on my desk.
About "LEGO® Technic Lamborghini® Sián:"
Modeling and rendering LEGO® pieces and full sets like this one is my preferred way of learning and practicing new 3D modeling tools. I love that everything LEGO® is pretty much open source and available online. That makes it easy for me to practice modeling and assembling newer sets I’ve never seen before. Blender’s Asset Manager is an amazing feature that really helped me to set up a library of parts and materials for this model and assemble it fairly quickly despite the model’s overall complexity.
